Who is Dawn M. Little

Dawn M. Little January 20, 2022

Hi and thank you for visiting my website. I want to give you a brief background of who Dawn Little is. I was born and raised in Philadelphia by 2 of the most amazing parents anyone could ask for. My mom is a strong, independent woman who taught me how to be the same. My dad was the sweetest, kindness, most gentle man in the world. His life was cut short at 51 years old and I miss him every minute of every day. He taught me how to work hard, do things right the first time and always be kind. The middle child who was born deaf in the left ear, my life has always been a struggle. I had to fight for my parents attention, to hear the things others heard and to pretend the bullying didn't hurt. I was not the thinnest kid, the most athletic or even pretty, which made me shy, lonely and full of self doubt. It was hard to talk to people, even my peers and that was definitely a lonely place. Then as I got older, my dad got sick. At 25 I was faced with losing him and that was devastating. It is hard to believe, at 53 years old, my dad has been gone for 1/2 my life. I am so proud to be his daughter and I know he is looking down on me with the same pride. Fast forward, in 2017 I broke free of the corporate world and started my Real Estate business. I am a wife, fur-mom to the best 2 girls in the world. My Kara & Suki are truly my angels with four feet. They keep my anxiety down and my smiles up. I am a grandmother to 3 adorable boys and an aunt to 11 nieces & nephews that are the light of my life. I use everything my mom and dad taught me in my business. I work hard for my clients. I am compassionate, caring, kind, honest, gentle but also strong, tough and will fight for my clients best interests. You get the whole package with me as your Realtor and you can always count on me.
